Terms of service
A score is a forecast with real error in it. The rest follows from that.

What this service is
Adtester.ai produces a FORECAST of how an ad is likely to perform before you spend money on it, together with a written read of the creative and the offer. It is a prediction built from historical results, not a guarantee and not a promise of any particular outcome.
What a score is and is not
Read this part properly, because it is the part that matters.
- ·A predicted ROAS is an estimate with real error in it. Ads that score badly sometimes work, and ads that score well sometimes fail. We publish our accuracy rather than implying there is none.
- ·Our model is trained on physical direct-to-consumer products advertised on Meta. For anything outside that — digital and information products, services, other platforms — a score is directional at best and we say so on the report.
- ·You are responsible for your own advertising decisions and spend. Nothing here is financial, legal or investment advice.
- ·We do not touch your ad account. We never place, pause or change a live ad, and we never charge anything to an ad account or card of yours.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to process it for the purpose of producing your report and improving our scoring, as described in the privacy policy.
You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload — that you own the creative or are permitted to use it, including any music, footage and people appearing in it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- ·Upload material that is illegal, or that infringes somebody else’s rights.
- ·Evaluate advertising for anything unlawful.
- ·Attempt to extract our models, reverse-engineer our scoring, or scrape the service.
- ·Overload the service, work around usage limits, or share one account across organisations to avoid them.
Accounts and plans
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Paid plans and their limits are described at the point of purchase. We can suspend an account that breaches these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running and will not pretend it can never break. Scoring depends on third-party services and occasionally a run fails or is delayed. When a report cannot be produced we will tell you why rather than leave you guessing.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for advertising spend, lost revenue or other losses arising from decisions you make using a score. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
